ARTIST APPLICATION AGREEMENT  I understand and agree: (a) I will submit only artwork produced by me and created within the last 2 years; (b) with the exception of the previous year’s Armonk Outdoor Art Show (“the Show”) award winners, applicants to the 2021 Show will only be accepted by approval of the Show’s jury at its sole discretion, and written notification of same; (c) If my artwork is accepted, (1) I will be in attendance at my assigned exhibit space throughout the public hours of the Show at all times; and (2) I will be solely responsible for my artwork and/or any other property that I might have at the Show at all times, including overnight periods. I absolve and release the Friends of the North Castle Public Library, Inc. (“Friends”) from all liability for any injury, loss or damage I, my assigns, heirs, or employees may sustain in connection with the Show or any activities associated with the Show, including, but not limited to other local exhibitions, however caused or inflicted, and including cancellation of the Show, or part thereof, for any reason whatsoever. I understand that Westchester County does not permit vehicle engines to idle and agree not to start my engine until instructed to do so. In the event the Show is canceled for any reason, there will be no rain dates or refunds. Further, I will defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Friends, its members, volunteers, directors and officers, from any act or omission of mine which may result in bodily injury or property damage to myself and/or others. I have read the Art Show’s Rules and Artwork Requirements and agree to abide by them. I further agree that the Friends may copy, distribute and use reproductions of my images in any media for publicity at no cost to the Friends.  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FRIENDS BE LIABLE TO ME, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, OR MY EMPLOYEES FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES.

All exhibitors will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement, upon arrival to set-up at the show, that holds the Town of North Castle, it’s officers, agents, employees, and volunteers harmless.
